Law must be upheld because it is the key to the realization of a sovereign state

Responding, the importance of this was the Bandung KNPI DPD established a Legal Aid Institute as a youth effort to help all levels of society accept their rights in the eyes of the law, especially for the lowest levels of society.


The Bandung KNPI DPD considers that the constitution guarantees the rights of every citizen to be treated equally before the law, including the right to access justice through the provision of legal assistance. Both from the middle to upper economic circles, both the grassroots and the periphery must have access and get "justice", through the hands of advocates to be able to understand the Law and be seen as the same.


The establishment of the Bandung City DPD KNPI LBH consisting of 11 advocates who were embraced from various circles and categories and was very open to advocates to join, is expected to be able to provide legal justice for the entire city of Bandung. The director of the Bandung LPI DPD KNPI was led by Rizki Dris M, S. H who was also the Deputy Chairperson of the Bandung Regional Office of the KNPI DPD.


The upright law with social justice is the foundation of the State of Indonesia as stated in Article 1 paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution, namely "The State of Indonesia is a state of law". Thus the Indonesian state has a strong juridical foundation for all Indonesian people in living their lives, and has the consequence that all matters relating to the affairs of national and state life must be based on law for all citizens without exception. must submit and obey the law.


Meanwhile, Director of the Bandung City KNPI LBH Rizki Dris M, S. H stated that social justice for all Indonesian people as stated in the fourth paragraph of the opening of the 1945 Constitution contains an assignment to the government to carry out the welfare of all people, which also means one obligation the state is to guarantee the legal protection of all Indonesian people.


"What was aspired to by our Chair, Hendra Guntara, aroused myself to cooperate with advocates and paralegals to form the LBH KNPI as an effort to guarantee the rights of the community in facing legal problems in the city of Bandung" Tangkas Rizki.


The Chairman of the Bandung KNPI DPD, Hendra Guntara, S.Hum., M.Ud said that it was an obligation for us to help the public be aware of the law and get the same rights before the law.
